I really enjoy learning how to get strong properly. It’s great when you start to feel stronger and it also helps with my rugby. I love watching Worlds Strongest Man and want to learn how to get as strong as I can too.


Exercising just makes me feel happy. I do the classes and the gym work too. I feel a lot fitter and stronger from when I first started and all the coaches are really nice


I love coming to the gym. I’m now representing the UK in Obstacle Course Racing at international events so I need to understand how to train correctly in the gym. The guidance I’ve had has really helped me become stronger and faster for races.
